Hiking and cycling around our three lakes plateau: Großensee, Lütjensee, Mönchsteich
See nature protection areas and marsh land: through Hahnheide – the biggest coherent nature protection area in Schleswig-Holstein (5 kilometres away)
The old railroad tracks are also famous for cycling. Try out cycling from Glinde to Trittau.

Swimming
You can expect a big variety here. If the weather is good swim our picturesque lakes, otherwise use our heated indoor swimming pools and water parks.Right in front of us is the natural open air bath lake Großensee, one of Northern Germany’s most beautiful and cleanest swimming lakes! The Southern beach - directly at our camping ground – is extremely popular. A secret tip is also the Northern beach.
You can also can go swimming at the other two beautiful lakes of Stormarn’s three lakes plateau: in Lütjensee (3 kilometres away) or in the (a bit hidden) Mönchsteich (two kilometres away)
Sunbathing: The camping ground has many sunny places. Of course, you can also stay on the many green meadows of the open-air-bath. Insider tip: the beautiful sunset on the open air bath's bridge!
Beach volleyball: Directly at the lake – in the open air bath Großensee
Hochseilgarten Lütjensee: High ropes activities in Lütjensee (three kilometres away)
Horse riding: There is probably no region in Germany with so many horses and riding clubs. When you take into consideration the beautiful alleys and lanes it is – of course – no wonder! Not far away from the camping ground you find the facilities of the riding club Hoisdorf (3 kilometres away)
Fishing: For example in Gröhnwold - Helga’s Bissteich (5 kilometres away)
Golfing: There are many well-kept golf clubs close by. The closest is in Großensee (1 kilometre away)
